    There is an important relationship between food and emotion choices. The main accomplice essence of humor is serotonin, a neurotransmitter that the body can produce from its precursor tryptophan content in some foods. At the level of the central nervous system, this neurotransmitter is critical for regulating mood, sleep, appetite, learning and memory.
    AMINO-RELAX is a dietary supplement containing a mixture of standardized extract of the seeds of Griffonia simplicifolia L., Valeriana officinalis L. root dry extract and Vitamin B6. The seeds of Griffonia provide the 5-hydroxytryptophan (5-HTP). The 5-HTP is the precursor of serotonin. Griffonia helps to maintain a normal mood, promotes relaxation and sleep, mental well-being and helps control the sense of hunger. Valerian extract promotes relaxation in case of stress and promotes sleep. Vitamin B6 contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, it promotes the normal functioning of the nervous system and the normal psychological function.

    Magnesium (oxide, bisglycinate), Griffonia simplicifolia Baill. seed standardized extract (5-HTP), Valerian (Valeriana officinalis L.) dry root extract. bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose. Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine HCl, pyridoxal-5-phosphate). Anti-caking agent: Magnesium stearate vegetable.
    Mode of use
    Swallow 1 capsule daily with water, preferably between meals. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Packaged in bottles of 30 capsules.
    Cautions of use
    Not recommended during pregnancy and lactation. If you are taking sedatives, antidepressants or anti-anxiety drugs, consult your doctor before taking this product.
